How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, but we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes, we offer full delivery, setup, and takedown services for an additional fee based on location.

Can I customize the decor?

Absolutely! All of our setups are fully customizable to match your event's theme, colors, and style.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies based on the size, complexity, and location of your event. Contact us for a custom quote based on your needs.

What is your payment policy?

We require a deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before the event. Full details will be provided upon booking.

What is your service area?

We are located in Heartland, TX and primarily serve the Dallas-Fort Worth area, but we can travel to surrounding cities for an additional fee.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we can work with you to reschedule for a future date, subject to availability.
